May

The main event this month is the retrograde motion of Mercury beginning early on the 7th and ending late on the 30th. During this time it is best to follow the "re" rule: actions that begin with re are the most appropriate ones to take at this time. So rather than initiate new projects or buying anything new, use your time restoring, reorganizing, refinancing, reporting, relinquishing, rewarding, rethinking, reusing, recycling, and so on. This is an excellent time to go through accumulated clothing, papers, and materials of all sorts, prune away the extra and recycle what you no longer need or can use.  You will discover that it is much easier at this time to make effective decisions regarding what to keep or what to eliminate.

That said there is much more of a stressful nature to discuss this month. On the 1st and 2nd try to be careful to take the feelings of others into account when you make choices, particularly ones involving what you like versus what you do not. The 4th and 5th will be excellent workdays.  The full Moon in Scorpio on the 9th suggests passion and pleasure go hand in hand while the new Moon in Gemini on the 24th signals new opportunities for conversation, agreements, and friendships. The 15th and 16th may find you being extravagant or perhaps more generous than you can afford. The 16th is also a day to consider what your responsibilities are and are not, some of what you encounter may weigh heavily on you over the next months. The 16th and  17th may be good days to be of service to those who are suffering. Unless you are careful to stick to the truth he 27th could find you taken in by a scam or deceiving yourself or others. The 28th and 29th have the potential to be mildly confusing so clarify your needs. Joyfully, Mercury turns direct on the 30th but not until late at night, so hold off on new purchases until the 31st or later.
