April

It's a relatively low key month with not much of impact happening astrologically. The month begins in Aries, newness and beginnings are always featured then, with the New Moon in that sign falling on the 10th of the month. Remember to write your New Moon abundance checks, preferably before noon on that day. If you need the formula, let me know. On the 6th and 7th, Venus and Mars get to dance together in Aries, making it a fine weekend for any kind of creative or romantic endeavors.

When you write your New Moon intentions for the New Moon in Aries, you might wish to focus on whatever you wish to be doing that is new or innovative, or perhaps involves building construction, additions or projects. Mars ruled Aries wants to keep moving, and the time to set your intentions is with that first impetus of the 10th prior to noon. Two days later on the 12th, Pluto turns retrograde, indicating a day of potential impact to result in rebirth and/or renewal primarily in the area of business or politics.

Venus moves into Taurus on the 15th for a time, sparking a stronger sense of the desire to purchase, as well as for creativity both in the garden and with crafts, clothing and jewelry. On the 17th energy is strong all day and helpful for the accomplishment of any building tasks. On the 19th the Sun enters Taurus and the focus is on continuing any projects begun during Aries as well as the growth of what has been planted in the garden. The 19th and the 20th are great for mental inventiveness, original thought, and communication.

Mars moves into Taurus enhancing the ability to stick to a task well begun. On the 21st avoid arguments and drive carefully. Later that day and on the 22nd it may be easy to feel unloved or ignored when what we need to do is pay more attention to responsibilities involving others. The 23rd brings a potential for optimism, the 24th continues this as well as bringing a kindly aspect that enhances love and a potential for spiritual understanding.

On the 25th a New Moon Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio suggests working to eliminate extra baggage--anything broken or spoiled, and whatever feels inauthentic. On the 26th if you do for those less fortunate you will receive more than you give, while if you try to get away with something, you might suffer for it. On the 27th and 28th once again, look beyond yourself at your responsibilities and see what you can do for others rather than for yourself.

This planner hopes to clue you in to the best way to use the energy for any given day. As this month is relatively quiet astrologically, you can make progress without a lot of resistance.
