The month begins on a happy note: Feb. 1 Mercury goes direct, releasing us all from "re" strictions and once again allowing us to begin the new rather than reconsider the old. Venus enters Aries on the 2nd: all things new and shiny assume greater importance for us. Mars into Aquarius on the 4th may signal interesting events for the world scene. On the 4th and 5th work to maintain balance between what you wish to keep and what you will let go of. Also be especially mindful on the 5th not to hurt anyone you love; also, be careful of making choices that could demand more of you than you anticipate. A full Moon eclipse in Leo on the 9th could signal an end to old romances of all kinds and a beginning to new ones. Mercury's entrance into Aquarius on the 14th has us more interested in groups that gather for a good purpose. The 17th could prove a lucky day for risk takers, however caution is suggested, beware of reckless spending. The Sun enters Pisces on the 18th and the hearts become more sympathetic as compassion emerges more strongly for all. On the 22nd there could be surprises or unusual choices made. The New Moon in Pisces on the 24th suggests we take a good look at what we can do for others and find ways to set about it during the next two weeks. It is also important to clear up any emotional debris left over from relationships that have concluded or other emotional issues that have passed through your life in the last year. A new annual cycle begins next month. Generally speaking this is a benign month with very little astrological stress indicated. |
