Are
you ready for retrograde Mercury revival, restoration, return, repair, renewal?
You may have noticed the slowdown that has already begun before Mercury makes
its actual station to turn retrograde on the seventh. The entire rest of the
month will be very good for certain actions and very difficult or cause problems
with others. Most any activity that begins with "re" is appropriate, therefore,
retain what you can and refurbish or repair rather than purchase new--especially
machinery, unless you are replacing it until after July 1. The Full Moon in Sagittarius on the 13th is joined by a powerful potentially benign Venus Saturn opposition could make for interesting choices that could have long lasting or karmic implications. This could be especially true for Scorpios or Taurus folk, as those signs are featured, or possibly the other fixed signs--Aquarius and Leo. bringing opportunities to discover the meaning and or importance behind long range choices or perhaps what might need to be attended to as a result of same. The Full Moon energy of the 13th is closely followed and perhaps even accompanied as it gathers energy, a vivid square between Mars and Pluto. The Moon has moved into Capricorn, possibly intensifying the potential for explosions, expansions of energy perhaps in the form of earthquakes or volcanic activity or just maybe simply people's tempers. Mars being in Libra, an air sign and the sign for agreements and such might mitigate some of the potential for destruction or help channel it into an opportunity for an important agreement or political parlay. On the 17th Mercury backs into Gemini, indicating that unfinished business from when it was in that sign earlier in the spring can now be readdressed. Venus into Gemini for her annual stay on the 23rd signals more flirtatious energy and perhaps more choices to be made between equally felicitous people, places or things. On the 21st early in the morning for EDT we have the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice as the Sun enters Cancer. The hours begin to shorten ever so slightly as the Sun makes its way to the December Solstice. Mars, having squared Pluto opposes Uranus on the 25th, and echoes of the earlier square, the Uranus Pluto square of April may be heard. Happily the New Moon in Cancer on the 27th is relatively peaceful, encouraging us to be kind and hospitable as well as nurturing to those we sense may be in need of some TLC. The Dalai Lama, born in Cancer has said "Kindness is my religion." This is a relatively peaceful month, and these are a few days to be especially mindful as well as use the opportunities to enhance our good fortune and that of others.
